As a lover of authentic cuisine, I was delighted to learn that the menu features fresh, local produce from the Speyside larder. Sophie and Head Chef Paul have taken classic Indian recipes and infused them with a unique twist, creating dishes that are both familiar and exciting. I had the opportunity to sample Andrew's desserts, which were truly exceptional. the flavors were expertly crafted, and the presentation was impeccable. the smooth, creamy, and complex single malt from Glen Moray perfectly complemented the meal, adding an extra layer of sophistication to the dining experience. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of food and service at the Old Mill Inn. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in.
